HOPE families and friends are invited to the annual Clothing Bank Open House on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 28th and 29th. There are a variety of items families are looking for this back-to-school season, including pants, shirts, sweatshirts, coats, backpacks, books, water bottles and shoes. All items are free of charge. This event will take place at 1564 Elmira St.

End-of-the-Summer Celebrations 2015

For the next several weeks, HOPE will be out and about in the community meeting with students as we gear up for the 2015/2016 school year! We hope you can join us for one of these fun events. All students are encouraged to bring another school-aged friend who isn't a HOPE student to the events they attend. Those that do will earn a HOPE Buck, which can be redeemed during this fall's Learn and Earn Program. There will also be information at these events about enrolling for 2015/2016. All events are FREE and no RSVP is required. Students can attend as many events as they are able. 

Summer Kick-Off Celebrations 2015

It's summertime! And we are starting off the festivities with two events for our HOPE families and friends this weekend. 

Come enjoy FREE food and fun as we mark our 10th year anniversary and look forward to the future!

We will also be enrolling students for the 15/16 school year. These are the perfect events for families wanting to learn more about HOPE as a school option for the fall as well.

Arts Across Cultures presents "The Heart is Hope" at the Denver Art Museum

Announcing the end of the year performance for HOPE's Arts Across Cultures program. This is a year-round arts program at two HOPE Learning Centers in Denver, Victory at Hillcrest and I AM. Throughout the year, students in K-12th grades have had the opportunity to meet and work with local artists in a variety of mediums from dance to music and visual arts. This performance will showcase their learning throughout the last year. We hope you can join us!

It is time to announce the 2015 HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op Book Drive! Every year we receive many requests from our Learning Centers for library books that are needed for group reading. And we'd love to get friends of HOPE involved in helping us meet this need.

This event will take place at 1564 Elmira St. in Aurora and run from noon to 7 p.m. both days.

HOPE Student Performers Wow Audiences with Circles of the World

HOPE Online’s Arts Across Cultures students wowed a standing-room-only audience at the Denver Art Museum this weekend. The group, performing artistic director Janelle Ayon’s “Circles of the World program, danced, sang and showed off their visual art work during the annual Dia del Nino celebration.

Also during the weekend event, the “HOPE’s Got Talent” winners performed at locations in and around the art museum in front of a total estimated crowd of 1,000 people.
