In 2006, Ms. Lisa Walden was offered an opportunity to work as a mentor at a HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op Learning Center. She had fallen in love with inspiring the younger generation while coaching at Gateway High School and working in video production.

We are thankful to the Colorado community for their generosity this holiday season! With their help, we were able to provide holiday gifts to more than 580 HOPE students or their siblings who needed assistance.

HOPE student selected as Consul for a Day by Mexican Consulate

HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op is very honored to be working with the Mexican Consulate in Denver this school year. This partnership is opening doors for many of HOPE’s students and their families. In fact, one of HOPE’s students, Hector from HOPE’s Parkhill Academy in Denver, was recently selected as the first-ever Consul for a Day.

2016 Elmira Clothing Bank Open House

HOPE families and friends are invited to the annual Clothing Bank Open House on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 26th and 27th. There are a variety of items needed by families this back-to-school season, including pants, shirts, sweatshirts, coats, backpacks, books, water bottles and shoes. All items are free of charge. This event will take place at 1564 Elmira St. in Aurora and runs from 1 to 7 p.m.

Arts Across Cultures presents "Where's the WORD?" at the Denver Art Museum

Announcing the end of the year performance for HOPE's Arts Across Cultures program. This is a year-round arts program at two HOPE Learning Centers in Denver, Victory at Hillcrest and I AM. Throughout the year, students in K-12th grades have had the opportunity to meet and work with local artists in a variety of mediums from dance to music and visual arts. This performance will showcase their learning throughout the last year. We hope you can join us!
