Great work to HOPE CEO/Founder, Heather O'Mara, and a student from HOPE at Roca Fuerte Learning Academy who shared with 9NEWS viewers how HOPE has made a difference for thousands of Colorado students.

2014 Elmira Clothing Bank Open House

HOPE families and friends are invited to the annual Clothing Bank Open House on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 22nd and 23rd. There are a variety of items for both children and adults, including coats, shirts, pants, sweaters, backpacks, furniture, books and water bottles. All items are free of charge. This event will take place at 1564 Elmira St. in Aurora and run from noon to 7 p.m. both days.

On Thursday, May 23, HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-op celebrated the accomplishments of 115 graduates from 17 learning centers across the state at the Auraria Campus Gymnasium in Denver. Photos from the commencement ceremony can be viewed on HOPE's Facebook page

HOPE students from their school’s “Girl Groups” recently hosted a special fashion show designed to boost confidence and acceptance among girls at their Learning Centers. The 100 Dresses event, named for the book that inspired it, was attended by eighty elementary, middle and high school girls from HOPE Learning Centers. In addition to modeling a favorite outfit, the girls contributed their own paper dress designs, all proudly displayed by the students at the show held at HOPE’s Renewal Academy in Aurora.

HOPE Student Performers Wow Audiences with Circles of the World

HOPE Online’s Arts Across Cultures students wowed a standing-room-only audience at the Denver Art Museum this weekend. The group, performing artistic director Janelle Ayon’s “Circles of the World program, danced, sang and showed off their visual art work during the annual Dia del Nino celebration.

Also during the weekend event, the “HOPE’s Got Talent” winners performed at locations in and around the art museum in front of a total estimated crowd of 1,000 people.
